The Oberforsthof has a separate conference area that is perfect for internal company events and incentives. The combination of a private ambience, attractive infrastructure and professional all-round service offers the perfect conditions for strengthening the corporate sense of togetherness. The extensive outdoor facilities and the almost limitless range of activities on offer are not entirely innocent of this. Our team also knows how to combine good process management with a highly personalised service.

Equipment & rooms

The Oberforsthof is everything but ordinary. This also applies to the conference area. We attach great importance to making company guests feel at home with us. That’s why we have two “informal” meeting rooms with a more private ambience in addition to a classic, large seminar room with the Kamin Lounge and the Jägerstüberl. With this ensemble, we are primarily addressing companies that are looking for an external “base camp” for employee and product training, company celebrations, strategy workshops and motivational events, which may also be available to employees privately at special conditions. In short: a second home for the entire workforce that welds them together and ensures a relaxed working atmosphere.

Culinary

Our kitchen team not only does a good job, it is also flexible and creative. Companies can look forward to catering in a format that leaves nothing to be desired. Regardless of whether it is a half-day, full-day or multi-day event with overnight accommodation. The following calculation examples for classic catering arrangements are only intended as a guide. Basically anything is possible and we are well prepared to impress you with our catering!

Seminar guests staying at the Hotel Oberforsthof have the following catering included:

110 m² for max. 100 people

Our bright seminar room is ideal for presentations and meetings. In addition to modern conference technology, it offers direct access to the garden and a fantastic view of the mountains. It is located in a separate hotel wing and guarantees 100% exclusivity. This also applies to the cloakroom, conference catering and sanitary facilities.

Kaminstube

70 m², max. 35 people

This room offers a rustic, cosy ambience with an open fireplace, subdued lighting and a rustic interior. It is therefore ideal for informal programme items or more intensive workshop units. The room is directly connected to the private hotel business, which contributes greatly to the stimulating atmosphere.

Jagdstube

35 m², max. 25 people

The wood-panelled Jagdstube with its antique tiled stove is the jewel in the crown of our restaurant. This smart separee in traditional design offers a stylish, cosy and very intimate setting for strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, staff meetings and board meetings. In addition to direct access to the terrace, this room offers picturesque views on three sides.

Garden

We can also make part of our XXL garden exclusively available for team building and small group meetings if required. Particularly high-calibre business lunches in the open air are also possible on our separate panoramic walkways. For events in the immediate vicinity, we have external specialists on hand who can professionally realise even the craziest wishes. Let your creativity run wild – we’ll take care of the rest.

The deck7 offers stylish dining on the roof with a direct view of the piste and a magnificent mountain panorama. It is the ideal place for an extensive evening program. The rooftop restaurant is used for celebrations of all kinds for up to 140 people, work meetings and co-working.

Event hall in the Alpina

Would you like something a little bigger?

The Alpina is the perfect location for large events, sales presentations, school balls and small trade fairs. Up to 650 people can be accommodated here. The multi-purpose hall has variable lighting, sound and stage technology and can therefore be used for large events of all kinds.

When it comes to supporting programmes and team-building activities, the Oberforsthof is the conference hotel with unlimited possibilities. There is hardly an idea that cannot be realised here.
