Exercise and sports, experiencing and consciously perceiving nature is a good basis in addition to a healthy diet. You don’t have to do without anything on vacation either. You have even more time for it. At Haven you can visit the gym continuously. At the same time, adult guests have the opportunity to work out in the yoga & fitness studio at Sonnhof Alpendorf. In addition, you can visit one of our yoga classes at least once a day.

In addition to our daily yoga sessions, Viktoria will enrich our weekly program with three Pilates classes per week starting this autumn. The targeted exercises strengthen the deep muscles, promote balance, and provide new energy – ideal for anyone who wishes to enjoy recovery in a mindful and active way.

Yoga is great for all ages and fitness levels. Because this so thoughtful sport is virtually a superhero of movement therapy: It strengthens the muscles, makes the body noticeably more elastic and resilient. On top of that, it supports stress reduction, balances and stabilizes the psyche. In short, regular yoga makes you calm and vital for pulling out trees.
For classic strength and cardio training, you have two gyms at your disposal:
Both gyms are equipped with TechnoGym machines, a dumbbell rack, various strength machines, treadmill, and bike.
The Yoga and Pilates sessions take place in the Sonnhof Studio and are led alternately by our yoga instructors. Information about the Reformer Pilates sessions can be found in the weekly program. As places are limited for all sessions, we kindly ask you to register in advance.
